Who are we?
We are happy to introduce ourselves to you!
We are Henk and Sjerstin and come from a beautiful place by the IJsselmeer and were ready for a new challenge.
And as it happens, the idea arises during a holiday in Austria. Both in winter and in summer.
From there, we started to explore further in this region because of its familiarity and the sense of home we felt was important.
After a period of searching, this house came our way. In 2021, we moved to Ehrwald and started a rigorous renovation/new build, which was familiar to us as we both come from the construction industry.
We are delighted with the house, the central location, and enjoy the changing mountain views every day.
We feel at home here and want our guests to experience the same. Be welcome!

We offer the best facilities
The flat house which is in the middle of the village and not on the busy main road.
Our flats are fully equipped and even have 2.20 m beds, here you will sleep as well as at home.
Safe
The apartments were newly completed in December 2023 and we are still building new apartments.
Homely feeling
Enjoy the interior design featuring natural materials and colours, and the comfort you expect. You can enjoy the view of the beautiful Tyrolean mountains and relax on the roof terrace or balcony.

About our flats
We will make you feel at home!
From the apartment, everything is within walking distance and you won't need the car.
The bus stop is less than a minute's walk away that takes you to the ski slopes of Ehrwald, Lermoos and Biberwier, or a few minutes' walk to the Wettersteinbahn with children's ski school.
Restaurants and supermarket are around the corner.
