Our apartment building is located in the centre of the village, not on the busy main road.
From the apartment, everything is within walking distance, so you won't need the car. Cosy and good (breakfast) restaurants, ski hire, bike hire, cafés, a chocolatier, coffee shops, a bakery, and a butcher are all just around the corner.
Our apartments are fully equipped;
Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa, walk-in shower, underfloor heating, (multiple) balconies with mountain views and extra-long box spring beds measuring 2.20 m in length, yes, you'll sleep just as well here as you do at home.
There is a separate ski room where you can warm your boots and there's space for skis and/or bicycles.
Enjoy the decor, which makes use of natural materials and soothing colours, alongside the comfort you'd expect. You can enjoy the views of the beautiful Tyrolean mountains and relax on the roof terrace and/or balcony.
On the day of arrival, you can from 4.00 pm use of the apartment and check in until 8:00 PM. On the day of departure you can until 09:30 using the apartment.
Pets are by request.
We emigrated to Ehrwald, Austria in January 2021.
After several years of renovation and rebuilding of guesthouse rooms into apartments, we have been open since December 2023.

The bus stop is less than a minute's walk that takes you to the ski slopes of Ehrwald, Lermoos and Biberwier, or a few minutes' walk to the Wettersteinbahn with children's ski school. Restaurants and supermarket are around the corner.
Ehrwald is situated at 1000m and is an eldorado for mountain enthusiasts with hikes in and originating from the valley, extensive alpine pastures or high alpine tours. The Ehrwald ski resort is a winter sports destination for the whole family, with varied ski slopes, ranging from easy blue to challenging red, several black pistes and various snow parks.

Mountain bike tours with (mountain) bike rental in the village (1-minute walk from Chic).
There are over 150 hikes from the mountain station including to Ehrwalder Almsee, Seebensee, Drachensee, Gatterl tour and, for the kids, an Almsee Walk.
With Germany's highest mountain nearby, there are many activities to do such as canyoning or ravine hiking and Paragliding
There are several crystal clear lakes, waterfalls; the Heiterwanger See with Plansee, Blindsee, Mittersee by extension.
There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Enjoy the Austrian hospitality!
Take the cable car to the Zugspitze at 2962 metres high. The Zugspitze can be reached from both Germany and Austria. At the top of the Zugspitze is a panoramic platform with fantastic views.

We have a wide range of luxurious, spacious apartments. Each apartment features a delightful balcony. Two types of apartments, measuring 57 and 67 square metres, can accommodate 2, 4 to 6 people. They are very suitable for families with (grand)parents, and the apartments are fully equipped!
There is plenty to do in Ehrwald. You can enjoy the many activities and beautiful nature in summer and winter. In addition, there are various facilities so you and your children will never be bored!
The water adventure trail "Zugspitzi am Gaisbach", along the Gaisbach stream, is a tour for children and teaches them about the flora and fauna. Meanwhile, while you enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the hike, the kids keep themselves busy with a fun scavenger hunt.
In the summer, you can enjoy a beautiful view at an altitude of 2900m!
