The flat house is located in the middle of the village and not on the busy main road. Our flat house can be reached without a vignette.

Our flats are fully equipped and even have 2.20 m beds, here you will sleep as well as at home. There is a separate ski room where you can warm your boots and space for skis and/or bikes.
The flats are new by 2023 and meet safety requirements according to standards.

We took up the adventure a few years back and emigrated from Hoorn to Austria. Our dream was to be able to receive people in a beautiful accommodation which we would renovate ourselves. Anno 2023, we finally succeeded! We hope to welcome many people.
The bus stop is less than a minute's walk that takes you to the ski slopes of Ehrwald, Lermoos and Biberwier, or a few minutes' walk to the Wettersteinbahn with children's ski school. Restaurants and supermarket are around the corner.

Ski resort Ehrwald is a winter sports destination for the whole family, with varied ski runs from easy blue to challenging red, some black runs and several snowparks.

There are over 150 hikes from the mountain station including to Ehrwalder Almsee, Seebensee, Drachensee, Gatterl tour and, for the kids, an Almsee Walk.
With Germany's highest mountain nearby, there are many activities to do such as canyoning or ravine hiking and Paragliding
There are several crystal clear lakes, waterfalls; the Heiterwanger See with Plansee, Blindsee, Mittersee by extension.

Take the cable car to the Zugspitze at 2962 metres high. The Zugspitze can be reached from both Germany and Austria. At the top of the Zugspitze is a panoramic platform with fantastic views.

We have a wide range of luxurious, spacious flats. With a lovely balcony in each flat. Two types of flats of 57 and 67 square metres can accommodate two people. We also have flats on the ground floor for up to four people, very suitable for families with all mod cons! The water adventure trail "Zugspitzi am Gaisbach", along the Gaisbach stream, is a tour for children and teaches them about the flora and fauna. Meanwhile, while you enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the hike, the kids keep themselves busy with a fun scavenger hunt.
In summer, you'll enjoy stunning views at 2900m altitude! You might be lucky if there's still some snow.... In winter, you have beautiful slopes here and are almost always sure of snow!
